Their live chat - still waiting for an agent (gave after 20 mins). Just want to upgrade - spoke to a lady who said I don't pay anything to upgrade !. But now I cannot find the number again ANYWHERE !. Try to upgrade on their website and can't do that either !. Now placed an order to upgrade but the order is NOT for what was advertised !. Just need to discuss with a HUMAN BEING !
