WEBAFRICA USELESS

im a new customer and had the worst experience ever- first they explain policies & procedures wrong secondly they took a double debit from my bank account, now im struggling to get my money back( i feel this is *****ing) you have no other way to communicate than the live chat and they are just as useless, you ask for managers to phone you that also doesnt happen, seems like this is a fibre company operating individual from home, NO SENIOR MANAGEMENT to assist in any matter- i wish i new ]how bad this would turn out i wouldve rather gone with some other provider, taking my money with no technicians to install your line- i WOULD HIGHLY not recommend these people.
