Webafrica Useless consultant

Walter the consultant was absolutely useless. I watsapp to pay my bill. I sent him. Screenshots of how their system refused to take my card details. He insisted then said to pay at PNP, doesn't give me a reference or anything. I am waiting for my fibre tobe now disconnected as Webafrica can not help me debit my account!
