Webafrica useless as can be

I ordered a fibre line and internet via webafrica. I paid the R249,00 as requested. Then they told me it will take up to 14 DAYS to install a line. I CANCELLED the order immediately. Conveniently, the Whatsapp line had an issue when they had to pay back my R249.00. Now they HARRASS me for the line installation. Their *********** staff then ignores the request AGAIN to CANCEL my line. Useless and ***********. Do not use these clowns for any services
