6 days no internet and only way to connect with them is Willie the Bot. Countless conversations only to be told constantly there is an outage from Vumatel in my area. Eventually I called Vuma and there was no outage but a problem with my box. Logged a ticket and fixed within a day. They are useless and haven't a clue. Sorry I ever signed up with them. To cancel is another story altogether.
