Webafrica USELESS

Don't even waste your money and breath with this ISP. They are completely USELESS.

Signed up for fibre but it has never worked but kept on paying. When I tried to cancel they told me about one month notice, just imagine another month of no internet as they couldn't solve the connection issues.

No department is functional, only whatsapp agents and some bots you can chat to. No direct number for any department. Zero helpful at all!

I would encourage anyone to stay away from this ISP if you need stable and good connection internet.
