The most useless entitled employees and company. Their SLA is 3 to 5 days. ITs been half the month and still no connection. When i requested to speak to a manger or escalate the compliant, the WhatsApp agents, response is that, they don't escalate complaints, as they are more than capable of dealing with my complaint. Alas still no connection, 14 days later. Pathetic....**** of company
