Webafrica useless

Webafrica is the most unprofessional ISP ive ever had to deal with. Ive cancelled my contract numerous time because i want a cheaper pacakage they told me they xan downgrade me but every month when my debit go off its still the same price. I contact them via the useless whatsapp abb then they told me i can't downgrade after 4 months of up and down .If i say i want ti cancel they tell me i dint need to they can downgrade. Finaly i cancelled then the upgrade me and charge me more and i did not even agree kn the upgrade but you can chat on that useless line you will get no help but if you phone foe new sales then they want to help you do open a line . Im sick of stressing with this people . So before you sign up with Web Africa make sure you want to use this ISP because they useless
