Webafrica - useless

They are absolutely useless. Impossible to get a hold of someone, have to wait an hour and a half to talk to someone over the phone, the apparent whatsapp line isn't working! I've been waiting for hours for someone to reply on the live whatsapp chat. Never finalized any service as my rica documents were never approved, everything is still pending but then debit orders are going off.
