Webafrica USELESS!

I have been without internet for over 3 days now. It is impossible to call anyone and their Whatsapp Chat and live chat is pathetic to say the least. I have spoken to Zelda, Kgopolo, Noshipo H ETC ETC My daughter is a student online and has assignments due etc and cannot complete. I am beyond frustrated with your service! Please may SOMEONE assist
