Webafrica useless

We have repeatedly requested the assistance to move the box from 1 room to another ward in a retirement village. This has been going on since the 22nd November 2024. From then to now, the client has moved from frail care to palliative care. This is the only contact the gentleman has with his sons living abroad. I have contacted OpenServ and they have not received an order yet from WebAfrica. The ticket number is Ticket MWB***4. I am horrified and disgusted at their lack of compassion especially as i have explained the situation repeatedly. You cannot find a number to contact them. It's all via email.
