Webafrica unreachable

My internet is currently down and the only way to reach them is via a whatsapp service. I have been waiting for service. It being a Sunday today, in my past experience, when I reach out for help on a Sunday, I don't receive any assistance. If I was not going to be liable for installation costs, I would have cancelled already. I cant wait for the first year to be complete.
