Webafrica- tt connect

Signed up with web africa, what a quick sign up it was. Had about 2 to 3 weeks to make sure my fibre is read to use at the end of the month. But guess what, moved in and no service. Tried contacting tt connect but they don't talk to end users but they did call me to clarify stuff. Web africas after sales sucks. Needs to hold on for half an hour or till you can't hold on anymore and you run out of airtime. Tried contacting them for the past 3 days with no help whatsoever, even the robot doesn't want to respond anymore. Worst ISP ever. Should of read hello Peter before signing up , will definitely be looking elsewhere. Oh and Xholise ND assisted me in signing up , sent her 3 emails to contact me and it clearly looks like she doesn't give a damn.
