Webafrica T’s & C’s is against the CPA

The worst ISP to sign up with. They charge you a cancellation penalty fee regardless of your subscription period, thus even if they’ve been your ISP for more than 2 years, they still insist on charging you a penalty fee of R999 upon cancellation.

I requested a cost breakdown to indicate the specific charges that would justify the R999 cancellation fee and was told that it would cover administrative fees as well as the collection of the router. I advised that I would return the router myself. Yet the charge stays the same.

I’ve been trying to cancel for over a week now. They’re probably trying to prolong the cancellation period so it covers another month of service…

One consultant says one thing and the other, something else. No one in that company knows what’s going on!

Also getting a hold of an agent is close to impossible! It’s been three days on their WhatsApp line in other words, I’ve had to try cancel with three different agents having to explain my situation to each one. Pathetic!!!!
