Webafrica trying to make easy money

Good day, we recently ended our subscription with webafrica so we were told to send back the router within 20 days after our subscription ends or be charged R999.

So we returned the router via Postnet within 20 days yet still we've been sent a invoice today billing us for a R1000, please tell me why?????

Please ask J.P!! if he received the router because postnet marked it for his attention, the customer was my wife Wafiqa her cellphone number is *** for reference purposes.

I'm trying to get hold of your billing department but to no surprise i'm struggling
