WebAfrica - Totally the worst!!!!!!

<div>I have tried to get my internet sorted since 09:20 this morning. Now 5 hours later and nothing!!!!!! Dealing with a Bot and a Xolani that is possibly another Bot!!!!

How the heck can one get to speak to a human to assist????? is this possible??? Totally the worst!!!</div>
