Webafrica total waste of time

Good day please please don't make a mistake by choosing web Africa as an ISP. They are the most horrible provider to deal with. The WhatsApp chat line is a total nightmare. I was currently with vumatel and decided to change to open serve but keep webafrica as an ISP. My order was processed last week Tuesday. Money debited from my account the very same time. I was told I will receive the router within 3 - 5 days. I have not received no corrospondance from them at all. I have not received any update on the status of the delivery of the router. When I tried calling webafrica sales dept can't assist. Whatsapp agents are useless which is so frustrating and cannot assist as well and the complaints department does not even acknowledge emails. Just an absolute waste of time and frustrating.
