The only reason that I am giving 1 Star is because you are unable to write a review without doing so!

Absolutely terrible Service, Live Chat & WhatsApp are a waste of time. When you do eventually get an Agent on WhatsApp Chat they do not bother to even read your msg before replying and just spew out standard responses. R19 Promotion is completely misleading as well! - Router was not working so got connected on 29/1 and was charged full price from 1/2. Apparently the Promo is only valid for the actual month you sign up!!! I am now trying to get my R999 Credit as per their SLA Promise of '14 days or R999 credited to your Account'. DO NOT CHOOSE WEBAFRICA!
