WEBAFRICA TOTAL *******..

I signed up with webafrica for fibre in July 2020, before i even received the Router i received an email saying that there will be a R100 increase. i called webafrica the following day after receiving and the guy who was assisting me assured me that because i am a new customer i will not be affected by the increase. On the first they debited the installment with an increase and now when i call they refer me to whatsapp chats. The agent ( NOSIPHO HANTANA) I'm chatting on whatsapp is very rude and telling me that if i cancel the contract i will be billed installation clawback. She's not even wiiling to try and escalate my query as there is recorded communication between myself and the agent who assured me that i wont be affected by the increase. This is a total RIPOFF....
