WebAfrica TOP-UP facility is pathetic

My experience is that WebAfrica's internet facilities work just fine - Rating 9 out of 10 for the actual service itself. However, the problem arises whenever I attempt a TOP-UP of data. The system accepts the top-up but the data is not available! I call numerous times - ChatBot isn't helpful, staff do not help - they just say that they are also waiting for Telkom! Today is day 4 after the top up and still no data!!!
