Webafrica Took My Money for a Line That Never Existed

Webafrica has been a nightmare. I never had an active service at my new address — no technician ever came, nothing was installed — yet they still activated a line on my landlord’s ONT without permission and then billed me for it.

I was promised multiple times that all incorrect charges (moving fee, pro-rata, October monthly fee) would be removed. Instead, the money was still taken from my account. To this day, I’m still fighting to get it refunded.

Every agent tells me something different: one says the line is canceled, another says it’s active. I’ve had to explain the same story over and over, even though they admit it was their error.

Bottom line: I paid for a service that was never delivered. Zero accountability, endless mistakes, and no urgency in fixing them.

If you value your money and peace of mind, avoid Webafrica.
