WEBAFRICA TOOK MY MONEY AND CALL IT RESOLVED

I woke up to a notification of a R250 deduction from my account after making an enquiry the day before on an LTE package (I made use of their services in 2023).

They claimed the issue was "resolved," I received a credit note to be offset against my next purchase. The problem? I’m not making another purchase!

Appreciate the theft, WebAfrica.

Side note: the entire enquiry experience was nothing short of dismal—SLOW, unhelpful, and downright frustrating.
