Webafrica took money from me and no refund issued.

Money was taken from my account, months after I ended my contract with them. I was promised a refund by a support agent, still haven't received this two months later. I asked for my payment card details to be removed from their system, the customer zone does not allow you to remove it yourself. This has not been done. Sat and waited for over two hours on their stupid online chat, never got connected to an agent. Would NOT recommend to anyone.
