Webafrica to be taken down

There should be an option of giving black stars or none, as this is the worst company I've ever dealt with. Since March 2023 I've been trying to get rid of them, to a stage where between receiving cancellation letters from them from non-payment, needless to say, I've cancelled my service numerous of tmes on all platforms, to where I've received a letter that it's now with their legal department today. Just yesterday, I've received a letter stating they're looking into it. In the meantime, I had to go to the bank each month to reverse the deductions, to where I now had to close my account and had inconvenience of changing all my dt-orders to new bank account. Then they even added money to the debt for the reversal of the dt-order. They even requested their router back, which I've sent and have proof of delivery and signature, but still want to charge me for the router that they didn't receive. Now, they want to charge me with a cancellation fee and the amount keeps increasing of what I owe according to them. What ajoke and agony. How does one stop these companies, as there incompenencies could damage your credit records? Any idea?
