Webafrica threatening to list me on ITC, after retrenchment stating they dont care, they not a financial institution, and dont care about my situation.

I lost my job in december 2017. I advised them immediately and sent the documentation to them and requested the account to be stopped, due to the fact that I lost my job, and needed to look after my family and unfortunately providing children-with food needed to take priority and I was willing to make an arrangement to pa off the installation fees and clawback. Webafrica refused blatantly, and I was told that is not their problem, as they dont accept payment arrangements, as they not an financial institution and the fact that I lost my job is not their problem. They covered themselves by stating there is a clawback. I was now told I will be listed on ITC, and once again I was advised they dont care about my job, and they refuse to accept the payment arrangement as they not a bank. I will now take this to the ombudsman, as due to them listing me it is preventing me from getting a job. I have mailed them on numerous occasions, logged tickets and they still just ignored me. I will publish all my emails, the retrenchment letter I sent and the discussion with Linken at Webafrica on facebook, and proof of everything which will cleary state the reason for me having to cancel and having a family which needed food. I asked Linken what if he was in the same situation, and he advised they covered themselves and it is not their problem, get your lawyers to contact me. Again he stated it is not their problem and they will not accept the arrangement as they not a financial institution. Dont ever use Webafrica, as when unforeseen events happen which impact your life and family, you are told they dont care as their contract states clawback and no payment arrangement are accepted. I will now publish this to facebook and every other media and add all the evidence.
