Webafrica - theft sale

I was on a 24 month lte telkmom contract with data issues now and again and decided to end the contract after the 24 months. Wanting to go unlimited fibre i chose webafrica. To my detriment i was given a theft sale, meaning that you say one thing and sms the same what you have indicated in your sale but when it comes down to the actual physical act, you are *****ed by proffesionl *****ers webafrica. i want a word with arshole ontop not managers as they follow instruction from the top i want the idiot at the top teaching how to make theft sales
