Webafrica Theft

Yet again! After sending all the relevant information and proof regarding my refund, the ticket number suddenly closed. The emails back and forth have always been attended to and now again, no service, no feedback. This has been ongoing for over a month. This is the worst service I have ever experienced. I want my refund today! This is theft!
