Webafrica the worst wifi service provider

Web Africa is absolutely pathetic and I cannot believe this is how I was treated. I regret wholeheartedly choosing to take out this service with Webafrica. There is not even a call centre at this company.Ive been asking for my service to be cancelled since 21 May 2025,was only cancelled on the 13th of October 2025. I asked for my IP line to be released they slap me with a bill of R1.3k now they telling me that my IP line will be released on the 1st of Dec???what the hell is this,i cant move over to my new service provider.Its like when the customer want to cancel with them,now all of a sudden they call but all the while there has been no direct line.They holding the customers hostage and still have bad services.What to do now?
