WebAfrica the worst to close a service as they are trying to prevent closure and bouncing you around to delay cancellation...

Worst company to close a service. They make it practically impossible to do the same. Do not even consider using the chat service via WhatsApp. I have been chatting with them for over 3 hours now and they still not capable to close a service and trying any tactic to try and prevent the closure by bouncing you off to different divisions. They very easily activate you to take your money but when it comes to closures they are the worst service provider ever that I had to deal with so far. The experience is not a pleasant one.....
