webafrica the worst service provider

Webafrica **** to me regarding an upgrade.They committed to call me regarding their mistake. They did not Then they committed to upgrade today they did not.Now I have been waiting 45 minutes for someone to answer me but no response.The most usless service provider I have come across.I will never recomend them and will be moving at the end of the month
