Webafrica the worst service provider

Webafrica has not debited my account to reconnect me, I've tried logging on their Customer Zone and it says I'm not there customer. I've missed two days from work cause I'm unable to log in. Their agents are unable to assist me instead they giving me run around saying they have sent me an SMS and email to reset my password and I don't receive anything. I haven't received any form of communication from them what's so ever. I want to be reimbursed for missing work because of them.
