Webafrica the worst ISP service provider ever BEware please
Webafrica the worst isp service provider truly,my connection were suspended on the eve Easter long weekend due to Webafrica not being able to deduct my debit but I prove funds are available subsequently terminated my connectivity.Fruitless exercise the whole long weekend to have it sorted vis Webafrica watsup platform totally useless tool. Webafrica informed Vumatel main isp that my connectivity will be terminated that's that so I laid a complaint with icasa and then immediately we're my account reactivated immediately which i did request.therefore o choosed to find new isp being Mweb which joined.Now Webafrica still me R899 from.my bank account after they originally terminated my connectivity.Unbelievable ******

We’ve reviewed the account and can confirm that invoice IAB*** and invoice IAB*** relate to the April and May billing periods, with a combined total of R889.62. Please note that whenever a cancellation is logged, a one‑month calendar notice period applies, during which the service remains billable. These invoices fall within that notice period.
