Webafrica the worst ISP I have ever signed with.

I signed up for a 200MBps line with them on 25 May 2021. I received a Router from them on Friday 28 May 2021. I connected and did a speedtest and I get only between 30-70MBps. I contacted their support who do not provide any reference numbers and since then I have contacting them daily and each time the support agent ask me to go through some fault finding like I am slowing the speed down. They are not providing the speed they charging me and I also requested for a cancellation on Monday which was within the CPA cooling off period and they refuse. I will be cancelling as soon as I can.
