WEBAFRICA THE WORST ISP EVER, PERIOD!!!!!!!!

WebAfrica is the worst ISP ever. I doubt that they are even ligit. They deducted a debit order from my bank account without me approving it or even mentioning anything about it causing the debit order to bounce and thus creating a bad judgement on my ITC. They refise to give out any numbers for managers to talk to and they keep referring me to a WhatsApp line where you are transferred from one agent to the other. When I do get through telephonically, I end up speaking with a different consultant each time and they get aggravated because I am telling them about my **** experience.

My advice, stay away from them as far as possible. Don't mention them, don't talk about them, don't even think about them.
