WEBAFRICA - THE WORST ISP EVER!!

if i could give 0 stars, I would! Worst ISP I've ever had to deal with! No one would call to assist with set up! Installation was done almost a week ago but still no internet connection! They install the hardware and then just leave you hanging with no connection! Been trying for days to get someone to assist and all I get is a whatsapp response!!! To top it off, each time a new person responds on whatsapp and I have to explain the same thing over and over to a different person!! Very impersonal, inefficient, slow and unprofessional!! Very frustrating!!! Definitely the worst BY FAR!!!!!
