Webafrica the worst ISP

Every month I struggle with Webafrica's account department because my debit order is different. One month it is R1.1k the next it is R680. Also after every month's debit order issue my line gets disconnected and I have to fight with them to get it turned back on because they confuse me with someone else and they promise the issue is resolved but low and behold this month is no different and you can't phone them anymore to get issues resolved you have to deal with some agent on WhatsApp and half the time the issue is not resolved. I'm becoming tired of you and your lack of service Webafrica. I want you to phone me and tell me those same lies again. PLEASE
