WebAfrica the worst Internet Service Provider

I have installed WiFi via Vuma and WebAfrica. The worst service ever. I wouldn't recommend it to anyone. I regret being given WebAfrica as my ISP. They installed with on the 9th August 2024. They told me activation will take 24-48 hours excluding weekend. 48 hours have past and nothing has been done. I am takes from pillar to post. Now they telling me they logged a ticket which feedback usually take another 24-48 hours. This had to be the worst service ever.
