Webafrica, the WORST!

This is probably one on the worst suppport systems. Their APP is just useless! There is no number you can call them on They never have agents available, if they do - You wait atleast an hour to be connected to them I have been trying to get through to them since Saturday morning. My Fibre connection has been showin LOS for atleast 3 - 5 hours everyday.

When you try to connect to the APP you need data, of wifi - But how do you connect to wifi when you have no connection.

I have lost interest in this wifi service. Looking for another service provider
