WebAfrica The worst
Pathetic service, then they play jokes while you hold , the only joke is their service
Logged a line fault Tue 2018/10/16 8:32 PM, (One that they are supposedly manage) the line at that stage was more that 5 hours down. (15:31) Also posted on their Facebook messenger 20:38.
Got a reply back Wednesday, 17 October 2018 10:46 AM stating the issue is with Telkom and they would advise on ETR.
Send a request for update Fri 2018/10/19 1:26 PM and on Facebook. Facebook Messenger got back with a response "Will ensure response , after investigation today Sir" Client advised they called Telkom themselves and Telkom is advising there is no fault logged on the number at 19:39 I Called in after +-7min call dropped indicating no agents available. called back 3 times same problem, eventually I got through. gave the ticket No , spoke to Mzi , after 3 minutes explaining the issue , he asks me for the number affected? What on earth is their ticket system there for??? Then he place me on Hold and after 20min still holding....
So he gives me a Network fault number 560ATK161018, My question with now real answer is this (And I have asked this on numerous occasions) Why if you are in control of the line and handels the relationship with Telkom , why has no one follow up on a fault that was logged 3 days ago.
