Webafrica- the provider not to use!

Service is disgusting. Today is Friday I have been trying since Thursday to connect with them. The stupid WhatsApp line keeps saying “we will connect you with an agent” I called in had my call logged on two occasions,both occasions I was advised that the call has been logged with the manager who will contact me within an hour, 12 hours later no response. This is not the first time it has happened to me.2 routers in 6 months- “dear miss Solomon’s we apologise the previous router provided was faulty” so please Webafrica work on your products and your appalling service before advertising further. Day 2 and counting with no connection
