Webafrica - the no service company ?

I was hoping to give less than 1 star, but that's impossible, sadly. At first, they seemed ok - did an online order and got the router and fibre installed after a few days. But, then waited for telkom number to be ported and waited and waited. Eventually Telkom line gets cancelled, but they email to say we need to wait another 7-14 days for the number to be transferred. It's impossible to get anyone on the phone. If you get someone on whatsapp, they simply say they are taking a "scheduled" break and then you have to wait for someone else. They don't answer their emails, either. All, I have ascertained is that they use a "third party" to port Telkom lines to them, so it can't be done immediately. In the meantime, we have to sit with the 031 number and can't get calls on the previous number. Worst service I've ever encountered.
