Webafrica - The most unreliable service provider with the rudest employees

If I could give a zero I would. Today marks 11 days that we have been without WIFI. Please take note that Webafrica does not have a number that you can call, you have to try and speak to team on Whatsapp, and just when you start asking the right questions they transfer you. Webafrica is out service provider however they use Mitsol infrastructure in order to deliver said service. At day 8 of not having WIFI I decided to phone Mitsol and ask if they maybe now what is going on, turns outs Webafrica decided to cancel our PAID line with Mitsol without our consent leaving us without internet. After numerous complaints that where lodged and constantly getting told that we will receive feedback in 24-72 hours we have not once received feedback and remain without internet. I am truly disgusted in this service. Not to mention when you try to cancel they put you through to support before you can finish explaining why you want to cancel.
