WebAfrica the joke.

I moved house on 1 December. Did the whole moving house thing on the website. Till this day the wifi is still off. You cant phone...cant email...just willie-the-freaking-bot. I think he must be on leave because im still waiting on a reply. I phoned the FNO and they informed me that they have not received any feedback from WebAfrica and have closed the logged fault. So i have to start again. I'am just going to cancel and find a provider that interacts with the client and assists because this is really a joke. They deserve ZERO stars.
