WebAfrica - The ISP to avoid.

We have had issues with our ISP since Feb this year. The internet drops randomly, often in the middle of a meeting. I've spoken with them and used the WhatsApp support line (shocking services on WA). We have even tried to cancel but nothing has been confirmed from their side. No solution to the internet issue has been forthcoming nor our request to cancel. This company is a nightmare to deal with. It seems that once they have you in their sights they will not deliver on service and will make it impossible for you to move away... a person gets the feeling that they are the gangsters of the ISP world. For all the funky and comical branding and advertising that accompanies this company, one thing remains apparent, all the spending on advertising has left little budget for support, or is that by design?
