WebAfrica, the absent service

Last week Monday (19 January 2026) I did a Moving request, for the 24th. Not expecting it to HAPPEN on the requested day, but I at the very least expected a call, even if it's just to explain the process and the timing, which never happened. Went completely ignored. It's also not like I even expected a call the same day. I expected VERY little and I was still disappointed. I'm going to dispute the last 5 days of charges (prorata) since I made it known I was moving and now I'm paying for a service I literally can't use.
