Webafrica test my line speed

Their what's UP service is *******. Wonder if a manager ever trying to use this service only then they will see what I mean. Try to call them on the sales line (only number on their website). You go thru 2 options no problem. phone rings for 6min. then the call get drop???? create a ticket after a while ticket get closed and they send you a list of options you must try. No good the link takes you to a website that gives you a 404 page it means Google cannot find the page???? I need to speak to a technician and all i want is that they test the speed of my line. I am still on ADSL with a 4GB line my down load speed is 1.77Mbps. Is this acceptable NO !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
