WebAfrica Terrible Support - Change of ownership

I have sent a change of ownership form to Fazlin Wassung at Webafrica on the 22nd January 2023. She commented on 23rd January that the sent the change of ownership to the relevant team and she also stated that the process is 5 working days. On 26th January she stated that she has escalated the query. To date nothing has happened. I have been on the Whatapp support for more than an hour waiting for assistance and no support or assistance. This relationship is turning out to be very bad. Service delivery is the worst.
