Webafrica: terrible service

I have never received such terrible service from a service provider. Webafrica has given me a bad internet connection and an even worse customer experience. I have been waiting for my connection to be fixed for weeks, and yet they will expect me to pay a full bill at the end of the month. Definitely time for a different service provider. Back to MWEB I go.
