Webafrica terrible service

I had not internet connection for 2 weeks, when I contact them they pass me from agent to another, none of them managed to fix my connection. I work from home, my work has fallen behind because of their terrible service. I asked them to send one of their field agent's and I was told that I have to pay a fee of R450
