WebAfrica terrible service

I have been trying to get my fibre line issues resolved by Webafrica as my ISP. I have been having issues since 30 Jan 2023. Its 23 March 2023 today. Internet is up and down all the time. I have no stable internet. I have logged so many queries via their chat. They take me through the same troubleshooting steps everytime. Everytime my issue is not resolved. I have asked so many times for them to send someone to check my physical fibre line and their equipment. More frustrating, they just refused to call and actually talk to me.
